Who is eligible for membership in the PCA? Cities/Municipalities; Counties; States; Federal and Other Agencies; Indian Tribal Governments; Public, Private and Charter Schools, State and Private Colleges and Universities; Non-Taxed Non-Profit Religious and Charitable Organizations.
There is no cost to join PCA or to use PCA contracts. Members work directly with vendors who have been awarded PCA contracts through a rigorous solicitation response and evaluation process, according to Texas purchasing and contracting statutes. HURRICANE SEASON JUNE 1 - NOVEMBER 30. PCA has contracts and vendors that are ready to serve our Members in any natural disasters-hurricanes, wildfires, flooding, tornadoes, etc. Members have successfully utilized our contracts and received reimbursement funds from FEMA. WHAT WE DO. PCA combines experience in contracting, purchasing, and RFP and RFQ solicitation writing to provide strong, legal contracts across multiple industries and the most technically innovative contracts available for buildings and facilities.
